About Me
Established in 1985, On-Location Models specializes in getting its models bookings for print advertisements.
On-Location Models represents and manages models.
Most of our models do have a day 9-5 job.
Thereafter, many attend college at night after work.
Modeling is an outlet of which most of our models do to have additional annual income.
On-Location Models handles bookings for runway shows, fashion shows, music videos, album covers, flyers for nightclubs, calendars, editorial work, hair magazine work, hair shows, car shows, fashion week, figure modeling, fit modeling, fur shows and more. However, we concentrate a bit more on bookings for print ads!
The pay for print advertisements starts at $1,500 which is MINIMUM wage.
Plenty of advertisements pay $3k to $5k for a one-day-booking.
Models seeking to be booked for print advertisements are often VERY sad when they lean that advertising agencies (BBDO, Crispin Porter & Bugusky, Saatchi & Saatchi, etc.) normally DO NOT hire freelance models. They mainly hire models who are represented by a modeling agency.
Even when a model has management, most advertising agencies DO NOT want to hire the model.
The model usually has to have 'representation' from a modeling agency ... not a management company.
Unfortunately, at least 75% of all models are NOT with a modeling agency. This means that the same 75% of models are NOT in the position to even be submitted to an advertising agency to get interviewed, let alone booked, for a print ad!
At On-Location Models we educate our modes about the modeling business as well as the
business-of-modeling! There is a difference.
