I am looking for photographers who can help me get agency ready photos. I'm really on a tight schedule for this. I'm in need of good black and whites with good lighting and a fierce headshot with not tons of make-up! Agencies want to know what I look like without 100 pounds of make-up on. If you dont know what i'm talking about when I say agency ready, please go to agency websites and look at what kind of stuff they already have.
